Kashifa graduated with a law degree in 2004 and went on to complete a Masters in Law. Since 2006 she has worked in the conveyancing field and consequently has gained a wealth of experience in all aspects of property law ranging from sales and purchases of registered and unregistered properties, transfers, right to buy, new builds and shared ownership transactions. Kashifa spends 100% of her working time on Conveyancing matters.

Kashifa qualified as a solicitor in 2019 with MacNamara King Solicitors. In 2020 MacNamara King joined forces with BTTJ. She prides herself on guiding clients through the conveyancing process from the outset, informing them of instructions right through to completion, making the whole process effective, stress free and as smooth as possible in order to provide an excellent service to her clients.

Her nature is personable and she always has a willingness to help wherever she can which is why she is recommended time and again by her clients.

Alongside Kashifa’s fee earning role, she is also our firm’s Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Ambassador. Kashifa also speaks Urdu and Punjabi. She is based out of our Southam office.
