Martin joined BTTJ in July 2025 as a Litigation Assistant.

He started his legal career in October 2019, working for a local firm in Kenilworth within Family Law. Martin moved into Civil Litigation in 2021 & has worked at another local law firm before joining us.

Martin mainly deals with Landlord and Tenant matters alongside Debt Recovery, but can also assist with all Civil Litigation matters.

Martin passed his final exam to become a CILEx Paralegal with CILEx Law School in March 2026 with a view to working towards the next stage to Advance Paralegal and is an Affiliate Member of The Chartered Institute Of Legal Executives.

Alongside his Litigation role, Martin also provides assistance to Susan Faulkner in dealing with client complaints.

Martin spends 95% of his time working on Litigation matters and 5% on client complaints.
