Alex qualified as a solicitor in 2003 and has practised at leading firms in the Midlands and Warwickshire. He deals with commercial and residential property matters including: sale and purchases, commercial leases, development work, refinancing, option agreements and business sales and acquisitions. His clients include developers, companies, investors, banks as well as private individuals.
He has an interest in leasehold enfranchisement cases and works with several surveyors and agents to negotiate and, if need be, prepare a case for the Property Chamber Tribunal.
