Our opening hours are 9am – 5.15pm, Monday – Thursday and 9am – 5pm on Fridays, excluding bank holidays.

Please be aware that we record all of our incoming and outgoing calls for monitoring and training purposes.

We do not tolerate harassment or sexual harassment of any of our staff or partners. Any complaints of sexual harassment will be taken seriously.

This firm does not tolerate any form of harassment in the workplace

The health and safety of our staff is a priority for the Partners of this firm. We have a zero-tolerance policy in relation to abuse of our staff, whether that is verbal or physical abuse, including, but not limited to:

  • Swearing

  • Shouting

  • Gesticulating (hand gestures)

If we consider that you are being abusive, we will terminate the telephone call or ask you to leave our premises. We may need to cease acting for you.

It is unlikely we will ever inform you, and we will never inform you via email or text message, of any change in our firm’s bank details. You are advised to attend/telephone our office and check personally with the Solicitor (with conduct of your matter) our firm’s bank details before you transfer any monies to us, even if information you receive in correspondence from us looks genuine.
