Maurice Dwyer

Maurice is a corporate finance lawyer with over 35 years’ experience. His practice covers cross border and UK M&A, acting for public and private owner-managed companies and with extensive experience of acting for private equity houses and management teams on leveraged buyouts, venture capital investments, acquisitions and disposals, and further financings. Maurice has advised many of the best-known private equity houses on investments and disposals.

Maurice trained in the City of London and has been a partner at leading law firms in the City and in Birmingham. He also spent a year in the legal department of 3i plc.

Maurice is a hands-on deal doing lawyer, committed to ensuring that corporate finance legal processes and documents are handled sensibly and pragmatically with minimal disruption to the underlying business concerned.
