Susan qualified as a Solicitor in 1997 and has specialised in compliance and regulation for most of that time.
She has worked at the Solicitor’s Regulation Authority, for a Compliance Consultancy and also in private practice as a family and private client Solicitor.
Susan commenced employment with BTTJ in September 2021 and became a partner at BTTJ in November 2024. She provides advice and support to the staff and Partners of the firm on all things compliance and regulation related. Susan is assisted by Kelly Harrison and Rachel Gennard.
Susan spends 100% of her time working on Risk and Compliance support.
