Sarah Rouse
Risk, Compliance and Business Support Officer
Sarah joined BTTJ in November 2024 as an Office Administrator. Previous to this Sarah spent 7 years at an independent estate agents in Coventry where she assisted the directors in the smooth running of both sales and lettings departments. Prior to that she worked in banking where she became a successful branch manager.
In April 2026 she took up the role as Risk, Compliance and Business Support Officer, supervised by Partner and Head of Risk & Compliance Susan Faulkner.
Sarah provides assistance to the staff and Partners of the firm on all things compliance and regulation related as well as business support to our Partners and fee earners.
Sarah spends 100% of her time working on Risk, Compliance and business support.
