Robert Pitchford

Rob brings a wealth of experience in human resources, having worked across diverse sectors. Rob began his career at a large multinational retail company, where he developed a strong foundation in HR operations and employee relations. Rob then transitioned to the charity sector, supporting a small organisation with setting up its HR function, gaining valuable insight into people-focused initiatives, policy development, and community engagement.

Building on this experience, Rob joined BTTJ in November 2020 where he played a key role in supporting HR practices and compliance. His dedication and expertise led to his current position as HR Manager in September 2025. Rob works closely with the Finance and Management Team on all things HR related for the Firm.

Rob is an Associate member of the CIPD and passionate about creating inclusive workplaces and ensuring that HR adds real value to both employees and the business.
