Dan Hoare

Daniel (known as Dan) joined BTTJ in our Residential Conveyancing team as a Paralegal in September 2024 working alongside Solicitor Kate Weston in our Balsall Common office, having completed his Law degree at Bath Spa University.

In January 2026 he was promoted to Trainee Solicitor, moving to our Coventry office to work alongside Alex Khan, John Chadaway & Bejul Lakhani-Lever in our Commercial property team. In July 2026 he moved back to the Residential Conveyaning department to continue his training working alongside Mark Cooper.

Dan has previous work experience volunteering at the Bath Spa University Law Clinic which works alongside the Citizens Advice Bureau and partners with a local solicitors firm in Bath, assisting on family and immigration law matters. Furthermore, Dan has had experience in the Legal and Compliance Services Team at the University of Warwick involving data protection law and commercial contracts.

He spends 100% of his working time on Residential Conveyancing matters.
