“I contacted BTTJ with a medical negligence claims when I was still grieving and being thrown medical jargon about my fathers unexpected death.
They were open and honest and helped me understand the options but also the limitations of a claim. They were there throughout the hospital investigation and inquest to talk through outcomes and explain medical and legal implications. It made a difficult and unknown process easier to navigate.
Sadly, and not through the fault of BTTJ, the payout was lower than we’d hoped but again this was fully explained, challenged and other options explored.
