Kate Weston

Kate qualified as solicitor in 2005 and was an integral part of a successful conveyancing team and Head of Conveyancing at a well-known Warwickshire law firm until 2018 when she joined MacNamara King.  In 2020 MacNamara King joined forces with Brindley Twist Tafft and James and Kate continues to work in our Balsall Common office.

Kate brings a wealth of experience in all types of residential conveyancing matters including Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, adverse possession claims, collective enfranchisement claims, lease extensions, and re-mortgages. Kate spends 100% of her working time dealing with Residential Conveyancing matters.

Kate likes to try and make the Conveyancing  process as stress free and straightforward as possible and her professional but friendly manner ensures that she is instructed and recommended time and again by clients. Kate also grew up and now lives in Balsall Common which means she has strong ties with the local community and a strong knowledge of the area, helping clients from the Balsall Common region as well as clients from all over the country.
