Diane is a Conveyancing Executive and specialises in Residential Conveyancing as a member of the firms property team.  She has worked for BTTJ since 2005 and in Coventry & Warwickshire since 1977 – starting working in conveyancing straight from College where she started as secretary to a Senior Partner, who trained her and gave her a good grounding in all areas (residential, commercial, probate, company).

She deals with Residential conveyancing, for companies and individuals, including buy to lets, freehold and leasehold sales and purchases; auction sales and purchases, new build properties, re-mortgages and bridging finance, lease extensions, transfers of equity, title splits. She spends 100% of her working time dealing with these matters.

Diane’s priority is to offer a service which alleviates the stress of buying and selling a home and to make the process as painless and worry free as possible.
