Bejul joined BTTJ in January 2023 as Property Solicitor in our Commercial Property Department based in our Coventry office.

Bejul joins us from a local firm where she was a senior associate, before commencing maternity leave. She qualified as a solicitor in 2006.

As a Commercial Property Solicitor, Bejul typically deals with Landlord and Tenant issues (leases, licences, deed of surrender, assignments, consent to assign), Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property, bank finance – acting for lenders and borrowers, property aspects of corporate transactions. Bejul spends 100% of her working time in her role as a Commercial Property Solicitor.
