Charity Yoga Class!

Charity Yoga in aid of The Shakespeare Hospice

Betty Nunesova, Paralegal in our Employment & Personal Injury team, has been doing a yoga teaching training course & has recently received her Level 3 Diploma in Teaching Yoga Certificate.

Betty had the fantastic idea of hosting a lunch break charity yoga class in the office for staff members – with participants paying to attend the class & all money going to the charity. Offering the chance of a physical & mental well-being experience to participants whilst at the same time helping the charity.

The 45-minute class was held today in the boardroom at our Coventry office & raised £50!
