Our Clinical Negligence Team have passed their Legal Aid Agency annual review for 2023

The Legal Aid Agency‘s responsibilities include making sure legal aid services from solicitors, barristers and the not-for-profit sector are available to the general public. They are an executive agency, sponsored by the Ministry of Justice.

As a legal Aid provider we recieve an annual review to ensure compliance in line with their rules & guidance.
