Saher, who is based in our Balsall Common office, joined BTTJ in February, after developing her career at other law firms across Warwickshire.

She has quickly impressed partners and colleagues and has now been promoted to become head of the firm’s private client department.

Saher will still be based at Balsall Common but will work across all four of the firm’s offices with the team.

Richard Stanford, managing partner for the private client team, said: “Saher has made a real impact since joining us, bringing a wealth of experience and knowledge that has benefited the company and our clients.

“We are therefore very pleased to reward her efforts with this promotion. She will now be working closely with the team and the partners to develop the department further.”

Saher first qualified as a solicitor in 2002 and became an expert advisor on Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, estate planning and the administration of estates, gaining her TEP qualification from the Society of Trust and Estates Practitioners (STEP).

She said: “I’ve really enjoyed my time here at BTTJ since February, and I’m now looking forward to working with the partners to lead and develop a team that already has an excellent reputation.”

Invited guests helped mark our official launch of the newly-expanded offices. The expansion includes additional office space to accommodate both a downstairs and upstairs boardroom, a new reception area as well as new bathroom facilities.

Contacts from the village were among those invited to our Meeting House Lane offices.

• Photos should be taken within a 7 mile radius of Balsall Common.
• We have 2 categories; under 16’s (permission of parents/guardians must be granted) & adults/16+
• To enter simply email your photograph/s to abbielathbury@bttj.com by midnight on 19/08/22 including your name, contact number & age if under 16
• Images should be black & white & sent to us in High Resolution.
• Should colour photograph/s be received, your entry will still be valid in terms of the competition however please be aware that should your photograph be chosen as one of our top 6 / prize winners then it will be edited to black & white to be printed (photographs will not be edited in any other way by us other than converting to black & white)
• You may enter up to five photographs.
• Photos must be original work taken by the entrant. No third party may own or control any elements contained in the photo, and the photo should not infringe upon the copyright, trademark, intellectual rights, moral rights, or privacy rights of any person or entity.
• The image(s) remain your property, but in entering you agree to their use on our social media pages/website & for us to print a copy to be framed & displayed in our Balsall Common office if chosen as one of our top 6.
• We collect your data only to contact the winners. It will be deleted at the end of the competition.
• The competition begins at 10:30 am on 03/08/22 and ends at midnight on 31/08/22. The 2 winners will be announced on our social media pages on 01/09/22 & will be contacted by phone or email to arrange the prize.
