Jill Bowler

Consultant, Wills and Probate

Jill joined BTTJ in 2014 specialising in private client work. As well as dealing with Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Probate, Jill has, for many years, specialised in the law relating to older people and has extensive experience in Court of Protection matters. She has also looked after the financial affairs of a number of clients in her capacity as their Attorney or Deputy.

Jill was formerly a partner in BTTJ having left the firm some years ago to help establish a niche practice in Coventry focusing on the legal issues affecting older people. She has now re-joined this practice as a consultant.

Jill holds the SFE older client accreditation and is a member of STEP.  She qualified as a solicitor in 1985 and has worked in the field of older client law since the early 1990s.
