The charity offers specialised care and support to patients, their loved ones and carers across South Warwickshire and the surrounding areas. Our reach extends beyond the traditional Hospice walls, providing expert support within our local community and patients’ own homes.

We will be undertaking different fundraising events throughout the year to raise money, kicking off our campaign by holding a cake sale to Mark VE Day while raising money for Shakespeare Hospice on Thursday 8th May & attending the Charity Black Tie Dinner & Dance in aid of the hospice on 9th May at The White Swan Hotel in Stratford.

We’ve also signed up Team BTTJ for the annual Shakespeare Hospice Dragon Boat race in September! An event we thoroughly enjoyed last year while raising valuable funds for the charity.

There will also be more fundraising event to come as the year goes on.

The Shakespeare Hospice has been caring for patients, their carers and loved ones across South Warwickshire, and the surrounding areas, for 25 years. They offer day care and hospice at home services along with support services and counselling to patients and families. At least two of our staff members have had family members looked after by the team at the hospice in the past.

Their mission is for everyone in our community affected by a life-limiting illness, or bereavement, be able to access compassionate care and the support they need.
