We are looking to recruit an experienced Office Administrator to work in our busy Administration Department which supports the whole firm.  This is a fast paced and varied role.

The role will include but not be limited to:

  • Administration of Will, Deeds, Archiving (which will involve handling a fair number of archive boxes daily), Training Records (including arranging/booking courses, sending training evaluations, updating CPD records)
  • Processing loose leaf filing of publications assist with maintaining the Firm’s library of reference publications
  • Back up for the main Receptionist for holiday/sickness, plus operate the overflow switchboard
  • Money Laundering Administration
  • Ad-hoc projects including office refurbishments and re-organisation
  • Back up Reprographics Assistant
  • Post, DX processing incoming and outgoing
  • Compliance monitoring – such as client feedback questionnaires
  • Provide support to the Archivist at our offsite storage facility, and cover his absence as and when required

 

Accuracy, attention to detail, strong IT skills, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook are essential for this role, as well as the ability to juggle multiple tasks at any one time.

Due to our office location and the nature of the work involved candidates must drive and have their own transport.
