Property Solicitor & Notary Public Ben James is taking on two demanding challenges this year…..

And he has very kindly announced that he will be fundraising for our charity of the year Spencer’s Retreat part of The Langdale Trust

Sunday 11th October

Ben is running the Chester Marathon

Despite the physical challenge of the 26.2 mile marathon – this will be extra special for Ben as he used to live in Chester

Friday 11th December

Ben is competing in a men’s Open Hyrox race in Stockholm

For those that don’t know what a Hyrox competition involves, a men's Open Hyrox race involves completing 8 kilometres of running split into 1 km increments, with 8 functional workout stations performed between each run - A continuous race flow with minimal downtime

Well done Ben - we feel tired just thinking about it!!
