Rachel Armitage

Rachel qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in July 2023. Prior to this, Rachel graduated with a law degree in 2015 after previously achieving a degree in history in 2013.

Rachel previously worked at a firm in Leamington before joining BTTJ in January 2025. She works in the Conveyancing Department based in our Warwick office.

Rachel has worked in property law since 2015 and deals with a range of conveyancing matters including residential sales and purchases, new build purchases, transfers of equity, and re-mortgages.

Rachel spends 100% of her working time dealing with Residential Conveyancing matters. 

 Notable successes

• Led a £4.2 million purchase solo in 2022 whilst working as a paralegal

• Obtained a refund for a client from HMRC in excess of £80k for stamp duty

• Active Memberships: Member of Cilex Regulation and The Warwickshire Law Society

• Professional Admissions: Chartered Institute of Legal Executives.

• Postnominals: BA Hons, GDL, FCilex

About Rachel

Outside of work I enjoy going to the gym / swimming and spending time with my friends and family.

I would be a history teacher if I was not a lawyer.

My favorite book is The Lost Symbol by Dan Brown.

I love cruises and have travelled all around the Mediterranean. My favourite place was Valencia in Spain.

I am definitely a night owl.
