Natasha Aspinall

Natasha qualified as a Solicitor in 2003, having completed her training contract in London. She initially specialised in crime and family but then for the last 10 years focused purely on family with a keen interest in matrimonial finances and pensions. 

She joined us in our Family & Matrimonial department in November 2022, based out of our Balsall Common office. Natasha previously worked at another local firm as Head of the Family Law department for 5 years.

Natasha deals with a whole range of family matters whether they are straight forward or very complex. She spends 30% of her working time on family matters and 70% of her working time on matrimonial matters.

As a member of Resolution, Natasha works in accordance with their Code of Practice to deal with matters in a constructive manner. Natasha works with her clients to provide support and explore all options including not only the court process, but other methods of dispute resolution to best suit their individual needs.

Natasha is also a member of The Law Society‘s Family Law Panel and has been accredited since 2011. Accreditations within the panel show that the individual is a specialist in their area of law.

Natasha is listed as a Leading Lawyer by Wiselaw.

About Natasha

I enjoy keeping fit by walking, gym and cycling.  I enjoy reading chick lit and the like, I LOVE to travel (Thailand is my favourite place) and I enjoy gardening.

I lived and worked in Kuwait for a short period as a teaching assistant.

I would have my own high end cattery or my own travel company.

I enjoy going for coffee, going for food and spending time with my husband and daughter.

My favourite TV show is Gogglebox and favourite book Memoirs of a Geisha.
