Lynette Walsh

Lynette has a wealth of experience in advising and representing Medical Negligence claimants, she qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2004. She joined BTTJ in 2012 & since then has been involved in complex, high value Clinical Negligence work.

She is an Accredited Member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers and Law Society Panel.

Lynette spends 100% of her time working on Medical Negligence cases.

Notable successes

• Lynette pursued a clinical negligence claim for a gentlemen who had sadly lost his wife.  The claim was defended and successful at Trial, however, it was necessary to appeal the Court’s decision in respect of quantum specifically upon the question of mental anguish for knowing that her imminent death was the result of the Defendant’s actions for which damages were awarded.

• Lynette was “Highly Commended” by The Law Society and Winner of the South Wales Legal Executive of the Year 2011.

About Lynette

My weekends are spent watching my sons play football.  We also enjoy watching our home team, Coventry City who were recently promoted to the Premier League.

I am Welsh, having moved to Coventry in 2012.

I believe colleagues would describe me as dedicated, hard working and reliable.

I always wanted to be an air hostess so that I could travel the world.

I am definitely an early bird and lovely a coffee first thing in the morning.
