Daniel Hoare

Daniel (known as Dan) joined BTTJ in our Residential Conveyancing team as a Paralegal in September 2024 working alongside Solicitor Kate Weston in our Balsall Common office, having completed his Law degree at Bath Spa University.

In January 2026 he was promoted to Trainee Solicitor, moving to our Coventry office to work in our Commercial property team. In July 2026 he moved back to our Residential Conveyancing team to continue his training working alongside Solicitor Mark Cooper.

Throughout Dan's training as a Paralegal and now as a Trainee Solicitor, he always makes sure to show both colleagues and clients alike that he is reliable and hard-working. Therefore, the fact that he is trusted to oversee caseloads of his colleagues in their absence is a great achievement for me Dan terms of trust and capability.

Dan is a Committee Member at Coventry & Warwickshire First - Young Professionals

Dan has previous work experience volunteering at the Bath Spa University Law Clinic which works alongside the Citizens Advice Bureau and partners with a local solicitors firm in Bath, assisting on family and immigration law matters. Furthermore, I have had experience in the Legal and Compliance Services Team at the University of Warwick involving data protection law and commercial contracts.

He spends 100% of his working time on Residential Conveyancing matters.

About Dan

Outside of work I enjoy playing badminton, going to the gym, watching the NFL, and spending time with friends and family.

I would like to think my colleagues would describe me as smiley, friendly, and approachable.

My bucket list destinations to travel to would be to road trip across the USA, Australia and Asia.
