Amandeep Phull

Amandeep qualified at a solicitor in 2019. He is a dedicated clinical negligence lawyer with experience working across a variety of law firms and locations throughout his career working in multiple large firms in Birmingham, Nottingham and Coventry.

Amandeep joined BTTJ's Medical Negligence team in October 2025, following a varied legal career in but rewarding journey into clinical negligence, and is passionate about securing the maximum settlement possible for his clients while providing them with the empathy, support and guidance they need throughout what can often be a difficult time.

Amandeep spends 100% of his working time on Medical Negligence matters.

Notable successes

• Previously had conduct of a Criminal Injuries Compensation Board (CICB) claim valued at over £1 million. Claims of this nature are relatively rare and require a sensitive and considered approach, particularly given that this matter involves allegations of sexual abuse.

• Currently dealing with a high-value clinical negligence claim arising from a delay in the diagnosis and treatment of a deep vein thrombosis (DVT). The consequences for his client have been significant and have had a lasting impact on their future prospects, making this a particularly important matter to pursue on their behalf.

About Amandeep

Outside of work, I enjoy keeping active at the gym and have a real passion for cars, good food and live music, particularly attending concerts. If I weren’t a lawyer, I would likely have pursued a career in finance or business, areas that have always interested me.

I am definitely a night owl and enjoy a good cup of coffee with Praline, the perfect combination!

A bucket list to travel would be to explore America, particularly Miami, Los Angeles and Las Vegas, with driving the iconic Route 66.
