We are delighted to announce that David Whiting joined Brindley Twist Tafft & James on Monday as Senior Litigation Solicitor in our Dispute Resolution & Insolvency team.
David qualified as a solicitor in 1990 and started his career in a City of London firm. He brings with him a wealth of experience in highly regarded roles at firms across the midlands & nationally.
David’s clients are a mix of successful companies and high net worth individuals. David endeavours to settle disputes, quickly and cost effectively, with the minimum of disruption to his clients’ businesses. If this strategy fails David is a tenacious litigator.
