Most unpaid debts are collected by straightforward court actions taken on the clients' behalf by our Debtflow department.

If debts become disputed, then they are passed to our department. We deal with contractual disputes where the parties to the contract/agreement have fallen out, generally because one party alleges a breach of contract by the other.
