The Insolvency law department operates as a unified team of highly qualified people and it has been designed to ensure that clients receive both effective legal advice and individual attention within the tight time-scales often imposed by the circumstances of a particular case.

Members of the Team are regularly requested to write articles, give talks and undertake presentations to clients on insolvency related issues. We are happy to talk with you about presentations on subjects of your choice.

The Insolvency Team headed up by Mohammed Qasim draws on experience gained in the various disciplines of Litigation, Company Law, Commercial Law, Commercial property work and Employment Law to provide a service to insolvency practitioners, business clients and two Crown Departments amongst others.

The members of the Team are committed to providing a quick response to a pressurised situation. These, combined with the recognised need for commercial awareness, are the cornerstones of our service.

Whether it be supporting a supplier's claim for retention of title to goods, or advising an Individual, Company or a Partnership as to the various options available to bankruptcy or liquidation in the face of pressure from hostile creditors, the Team are able to assist.
